Description
Pesticides aren't part of a routine well test, so they're only checked if you ask. This test looks for five weedkillers, including glyphosate, the active ingredient in most weedkillers. Worth adding if your well is near sprayed grassland or tillage, forestry or a golf course.

How it works
- Take the sample and send it back the same day by Express Post, or drop it to the lab in Drogheda. Aim for it to reach the lab within 24 hours, so sample Monday to Wednesday.
- Your Certificate of Analysis is emailed to you, with a guide to reading it

Take the sample
Most samples come from the cold kitchen tap. Take it on the day you send it back.

Send it the same day
Express Post or drop it to the lab in Drogheda. It has to arrive within 24 hours, so sample Monday to Wednesday.

Get your certificate
Emailed to you with a sheet explaining the results. Bacteria found? You hear sooner.
The test fee comes off your install
If the results show something that needs treating and we supply and fit it within 90 days of your order, we take the full price of this test off the job. Quote your test order number when you book.
Who analyses your water
Fitz Scientific, an independent laboratory in Drogheda, accredited by INAB (the Irish National Accreditation Board) to ISO 17025. We don't test water ourselves: you get an impartial result, and if it shows a problem, our plumbers fix it.
Accredited results are marked on the certificate.
