How a filter shower head works

No, and we'd rather tell you now than after you've bought one. A shower head filter doesn't soften water. Hard water is dissolved calcium and magnesium, and the only thing that takes it out is a water softener on the supply to the whole house.
If limescale on the shower screen and tiles is what's bothering you, start by checking how hard your water is, then look at a softener. If you want a better shower for €24.99, the filter shower head does that.
