Installation requirements (checklist)
- Tap hole: 35 mm (typical). We can advise on drilling where suitable.
- Cold water supply under the sink with an isolation valve.
- Power: standard 13 A socket or fused spur within ~1 m of the tank.
- Water pressure: typically 1.5–5.0 bar. We’ll test/verify on site.
- Space: clear space in the under-sink cabinet for the compact tank & filter.
How it works
The under-sink unit stores and maintains near-boiling water for instant dispensing. Water passes through a dedicated filter before heating to improve taste and reduce limescale. The tap’s safety control prevents accidental activation for peace of mind in busy kitchens.
Care & filter changes
- Replace the filter approximately every 6–12 months (usage & local water quality dependent).
- Wipe the tap body with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
- We offer ongoing service plans & reminder emails for filter changes.
Want café-quality taste? Pair with Reverse Osmosis (RO)
Add an under-sink RO system for ultra-pure water and consistently great tea & coffee. We can integrate RO with your boiling tap for the best flavour.
Service area & lead times
Installation is available across the Greater Dublin Area. For surrounds (Kildare, Meath, Wicklow, etc.), please contact us and we’ll confirm availability and any travel adjustments. Typical installation time is around 1–2 hours, depending on site conditions.

Frequently asked questions
Is my kitchen suitable for a boiling water tap?
Most kitchens are compatible. You’ll need a free 13 A socket/fused spur, a cold feed under the sink, and space for the tank. We’ll confirm on site.
How safe is it around children?
The tap uses a child-safe activation for the boiling function and the spout has insulated sections. We’ll show you safe operation during handover.
Will it affect my water pressure?
No — it runs from your mains supply. We’ll test the pressure and fit appropriate valves/fittings to ensure reliable performance.
How often do I change the filter?
Typically every 6–12 months depending on usage and local water quality. We stock replacement cartridges and can remind you when due.
