I rent. Can I take it with me?
Yes. It's designed to be uninstalled and refitted. We do this regularly for renters — moving it to a new place is a fixed fee, usually under €150. Plenty of landlords are happy to keep it as a kitchen feature instead.
My kitchen is tiny — is there room?
Then the Direct Flow is likely your system: tankless, slimline, built for compact kitchens. The engineer assesses the space on install day — if it genuinely won't fit, you get a full refund.
Doesn't reverse osmosis strip out healthy minerals?
It does, yes — that's a fair question. It's why the ECO ZX6 has a sixth re-mineralisation stage that adds calcium and magnesium back for a balanced, slightly alkaline taste. A mineraliser can be retrofitted to the Direct Flow too.
How long does the install take?
Ninety minutes to two hours. The engineer cleans up fully, walks you through how it works, and you're pouring before they leave.
What if it breaks?
Every system carries a 10-year parts warranty, valid as long as it's serviced on time each year. If something fails in normal use we cover the parts and our engineers fix it. WhatsApp the team — we're usually back to you within the hour during working hours.
How often does it need servicing?

Do you install everywhere in Ireland?
We install across most of the country, but not currently in Donegal, Mayo, Sligo, Leitrim, West Cork or Kerry. Installation is an option you choose at checkout.
