Why do we collect and use your personal information?
We collect and use your personal information in order for us to provide you with our water filter sales service. The personal information that we typically collect to perform your transaction(s) include your full name, contact details and address details.
We have an online payment facility on our websites which obtains your payment card details to finalise your transaction(s). We do not hold these payment card details, and these are held by a third party payment service provider.
We have a contact us form on our website(s) which enables you to provide us with your name, email address, phone number and enquiry details to enable us to contact you and/or respond to your enquiry.
We may use your personal information to send marketing communications to you about similar products and services that may be of interest to you. We will send our marketing communications to you by email. It is to be noted that you can object to your personal information being used by us to send you marketing information.
