Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the EcoFilter Ireland website or placing an order. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Contract

When you place an order with EcoFilter Ireland, you are making an offer to purchase goods or services. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or installation is scheduled. We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over €80 within Ireland. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Installation

Where professional installation is included or arranged, it will be carried out by a qualified technician. You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation site. Any additional work required beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Warranty

EcoFilter Ireland products come with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use and maintenance conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation (where not carried out by us), or failure to follow maintenance guidelines. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@ecofilter.ie. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that installation services, once commenced, cannot be cancelled under the cooling-off right.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, EcoFilter Ireland's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
