1. Low or No Water Flow From the Tap

Cause: Clogged filter cartridges or blocked flow restrictor
Fix:

• Turn off the feed water supply.

• Disconnect and replace the pre-filters and post-filters (these usually need changing every 6–12 months).

• Check the flow restrictor on the drain line for blockages and clean it.

• Flush the system before turning it back on.

2. RO Tank Not Filling or Very Slow

Cause: Faulty tank bladder or blocked RO membrane
Fix:

• Turn off water supply and disconnect the tank.

• Check if water comes out of the tank valve. If not, it may be full or the bladder is damaged — replace the tank.

• If the membrane hasn't been changed in 2+ years, replace it.
