Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the EcoFilter Ireland website or placing an order. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

EcoFilter Ireland is the water purification side of CPS Plumbing & Electrical (Corporate Property Services Ltd), a Dublin plumbing and electrical company that supplies, installs and services water treatment systems. You can contact us at:

2. Orders and Contract

When you place an order with EcoFilter Ireland, you are making an offer to purchase goods or services. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or installation is scheduled. We accept payment by credit/debit card and other methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery on orders over €80 within Ireland. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot be held liable for delays outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Installation

Where professional installation is included or arranged, it will be carried out by our own qualified plumbers and electricians. You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the installation site. Any additional work required beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which we will agree with you before proceeding.

6. Warranty

Every product purchased from EcoFilter Ireland is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.

Where EcoFilter Ireland installs your system, you are eligible for an extended warranty of up to 10 years from installation, on condition that the system is serviced by EcoFilter Ireland annually, on schedule. If a scheduled service is missed, cover reverts to the standard 1-year warranty.

The warranty does not apply to systems installed by anyone other than EcoFilter Ireland or an EcoFilter-approved installer, and is void from the point at which any third party modifies, repairs or alters a system we have installed. Full details are on our Warranty page. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel an order for goods within 14 days of receiving them without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@ecofilter.ie. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Installation services, once commenced, cannot be cancelled under the cooling-off right. See our Returns Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, EcoFilter Ireland's liability for any claim arising from the use of our products or services is limited to the purchase price of the goods or services in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
