What we’re doing today
- Re-booking outstanding orders on the GLS network.
- Issuing fresh GLS tracking as soon as parcels are scanned.
- Proactively re-shipping any orders that haven’t moved.
What you can do
- If you have a Fastway number, keep an eye on it for 24–48 hours.
- Watch for a new GLS tracking email/SMS from us.
- Need help? Call 01-5546266 or reply to your order email.

FAQs
I already have a Fastway tracking number — what happens now?
Many Fastway-handed parcels will still complete delivery. If your tracking shows no movement after a reasonable period, we’ll re-ship via GLS at no extra cost.
Will I automatically get a GLS tracking number?
Yes—where an order is re-booked with GLS, we’ll email/SMS your new tracking as soon as GLS scans it into their network.
Do I need to contact you?
Not unless it’s urgent. We’re processing orders in waves today. If you’re worried about a deadline, call 083 197 4302.
Are returns or warranties affected?
No—your warranty and our returns process remain unchanged. Only the courier partner is changing.
How do I contact GLS directly?
GLS Customer Service (Ireland): gls-group.com/IE/en/contact/. For order-specific issues, please speak to us first so we can help.
